Nutrien is committed to a safe and inclusive work environment where everyone belongs, which means we are fostering a diverse and inclusive global community with a focus on bringing more women into agriculture, mining, manufacturing, the trades and technology.
Will you come grow with us?
Women In Non-Traditional Environments and Roles (WINTER) is one of Nutrien’s two employee resource groups (ERG) focused on supporting and mentoring women. WINTER members are women who work in typically male-dominated fields, including underground and mill positions at our Potash sites, and at our Nitrogen & Phosphate plants. Press play below to hear from three moms from WINTER as they discuss what it’s like to be pregnant in a non-traditional work environment.
Nutrien offers a variety of early career programs and on the job training, including women in trades, apprenticeship programs, and an agriculture leadership rotational program for emerging leaders interested in careers in agriculture.
We offer competitive pay and family-friendly benefits, including parental and adoption leave and fertility support. Additionally, we have a women’s leadership program and ERGs focused on building community and culture.
WIN is one of two ERGs for women at Nutrien, focused on maximizing the potential of women through networking, events and mentorship, and building capacity for women leaders at all levels of the organization.
