Nutrien offers a variety of early career programs and on the job training, including women in trades, apprenticeship programs, and an agriculture leadership rotational program for emerging leaders interested in careers in agriculture.

Nutrien Academy is a year-long experiential program that empowers women at Nutrien to achieve their leadership potential. The program includes an action learning project where participants work together on researching and developing a solution for a business challenge.
Nutrien's Women in Trades Program is an apprenticeship-type program specifically designed to provide career opportunities for women looking to enter, or re-enter, the Operations career track.
