Emerging Talent Program

The Emerging Talent Program is Nutrien Ag Solution’s new graduate program that allows employees to get both field experience, professional development, and a broader understanding of Nutrien’s role in the agriculture industry. During the two-year program, employees will get hands-on experience, personal and professional development, a network of peers and other stakeholders and exposure to the broader Nutrien Ag Solutions business.

Finance New Grad Rotational Program

The Finance New Grad Rotational Program is designed to create strong and proficient leaders who are eager to build a career in finance and accounting. During this two-year rotational program, employees will experience learning and development of core financial, industry, and functional knowledge, mentorship support, and unique networking opportunities.

New Grad Technology Program

The New Grad Technology Program is geared toward new grads interested in growing a career in technology, IT or enterprise resource planning systems (ERPs). It offers participants valuable hands-on experience at the intersection of business and technology. The two year program includes rotations through several different IT based roles throughout our business.
