Over the past two years, Nutrien has provided $380,000 towards scholarships at Louisiana State University, River Parishes Community College, Southern University, and local high schools.

Work from a voluntary environmental project completed in October 2022 has resulted in the reduction of CO2e emissions by approximately 200,000 tons per year.

In 2022, Nutrien’s Geismar facility purchased over $16 million in goods and services from vendors in Iberville and Ascension Parishes and more than $285 million in Louisiana. The site also provided nearly $48 million in income to contractors and full-time employees.
